Most people know Longo for carpet. We clean couches too: sofas, sectionals, loveseats, and chairs, in homes and businesses across Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. Call (413) 779-9050 to set it up.
Your couch is dirtier than it looks
A couch gets used every day. Body oils, food, pet hair, dust, and spills work down into the fabric and cushions. You might not see it until the arms look darker than the back, or the cushions start to smell.
Signs it's time for a cleaning
- The arms and headrest areas look darker or shiny.
- It smells like pets, food, or just stale.
- Spots keep coming back after you clean them.
- It's been more than a year or two since its last cleaning.
Why store-bought cleaners fall short
Spray cleaners treat the surface, and scrubbing can spread a stain or leave a ring. Too much water soaks the cushion foam, which can leave odors or water marks behind. Different fabrics need different treatment, so a cleaner that works on one couch can damage another.
What we do
We check the fabric first so we use the right method for it. Then we pre-treat spots and problem areas and clean the whole piece, not just the stains. We pull out as much moisture as we can so it dries faster.
